Acceptance

By creating an account and using The Daily Stack ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

The Daily Stack is a personal productivity tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.

Google integration

If you connect your Google account, you authorise The Daily Stack to access your Google Calendar and Google Tasks on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or via your Google account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Availability

We provide the app as-is with no guarantee of uptime or availability. We may modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

The Daily Stack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed events, or other damages arising from your use of the app.
